When you spend hours in the saddle getting to a jaw-dropping descent, your bike should 100 percent rip. Those are the days for the Release 29 3. This aluminum trail bike is built on the same 130mm-travel Level Link suspension platform as its smaller-wheeled siblings, the Release and Catch. We've adjusted the geometry for 29-inch wheels while keeping the same playful attitude of all our Level Link bikes. A Shimano XT drivetrain paired with Shimano XT cranks provides crisp shifts and unflinching power transfer. The Fox Performance Float DPX2 rear shock offers improved performance on the most aggressive descents plus a greater compression adjustment range. For truly hairy descents, the 140mm travel Fox 34 Performance fork and Shimano XT brakes keep you laser-focused.

We pulled out all the stops on our flagship full-suspension trail bike. You can't have it all…Really? Nobody told that to the Release 5C. Our top-shelf trail bike is the embodiment of new-school technology. Thanks to our Level Link suspension, the Release 5 C absolutely levels the kind of drops and rock gardens that stymie bikes with even more suspension travel. At the same time, our patent-pending design allows the Release to accelerate and climb with the kind of blazing efficiency you'd normally expect from a wispy, featherweight race rig. The Release 5C, in a nutshell, is the perfect all-rounder. The bike's modern geometry—long in the front, short in the rear, low in the bottom bracket—lends the bike stability at high speeds without sacrificing agility when the trails get tight. What's more, we've decked this machine out with a peerless parts kit that includes the absolutely bomber Fox 36 Performance Elite Float fork and Fox Performance Elite Float DPX2 rear shock, an ultra-precise SRAM GX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, a wheelset with e*thirteen LG1 EN rims and Novatec hubs, and quick-stopping SRAM G2 RS hydraulic disc brakes with 180mm rotors. A KS LEV Integra dropper post and Race Face cockpit components round out the stellar package.

This BMX bike for adults looks like a classic BMX cruiser, until you take a gander at the Tektro mechanical disc brakes and those ultra fat 3-inch wide tires mounted on 27.5 Plus size rims. The Vee Speedster tires roll fast and grip the corners on both pavement and dirt. They also give you some float if you decide to take a short-cut down a staircase or cruise on the beach. The Redline Romp was designed for your first trip to the trails or drop-in at the skatepark.
